1. Proper Utilization of Manpower to achieve daily production target, follow the entire SOP during line clearance, operation of machine and check periodic status of calibration, verification, requalification and preventive maintenance of equipment.
2. Responsible for weighing, checking, verification/calibration of balance, execution of BMR and SAP entry.
3. To maintain online good document practices by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches by following current good documentation practice.
4. To ensure good housekeeping of Granulation area as well as machine and its parts/ accessories as per cGMP norms.
5. Taking precaution of cGMP, personal/product hygiene and Safety during working in the work place.
6. To follow safety norms as per SOP's, maintain discipline and Punctuality in work place.
7. To adhere with Company's Quality Policy and follow cGMP, Data Reliability and GDP norms.
8. In Case any abnormality observed in work place regarding Machine, Material, Environment condition & Product then inform the detail to the superiors.
9. To ensure proper line clearance in case of Type A & Type B cleaning and carried out proper maintenance for the smooth production.
10. To ensure completion of changeover at targeted time and maintain change part/ accessories and its related documents.
11.Proper follow/implement of corrective action and preventive action in the department.
12. To take training of respective SOP prior to perform the activity, maintain personal training file and its updation in Zytims.
13.Co-ordination with the other department for the smooth functioning of production activity.
14.To impart the various training to the sub ordinates in order to eliminate errors and to get consistency in results.
15.To handle the Change control, deviation and investigation .
16.Handling of Cybermetic Bin washing Machine.
17.To perform any other work assigned by the seniors.
