Job Description
Experience/Knowledge required: -
oExperience in Testing & inspection
oExperience in Metallographic Laboratory.
oBasic Knowledge of Metallurgy & Cold Rolling industry
oBasic Statistical process Control knowledge
Responsibility:
? To carry out inspection / testing of cold rolled products and hot rolled coils/H&T Coils as per the Inspection Plans and the documented procedures and work instructions.
? To record all inspection and testing carried out and the non-conformities observed.
? To involve themselves fully with all production related activities in the shifts and be responsible for production / productivity of the shift.
? To guide production department as and when required for in-process inspection.
? To carry out routine chemical testing.
? To use, handle and preserve the instruments such that the instruments do not get damaged to maintain accuracy.
? Reporting accident and investigation.
? To ensure inspection carried out as per customer specification and record.
? To ensure defect free material dispatched to the customer.
? To ensure process control and routine all type of testing.
? To handle, preserve and records of instrument.
? To ensure house keeping
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
