Designation : Sales Officer - Team Leader Pay Roll: On RollExperience : Mini. 1+ experience required in BFSI sales and marketing (Sales/Sales Officer in Banking / Financial Services/Insurance - mandatory)- Home loan/Mortgage Loan/Loan against Property selling experience highly preferred.CTC : 2.00 to 3.20 LPA + Incentive + other benefits (depend on location)Age : 21 to 38 years Qualification : Graduation is Compulsory : - Manage and lead the sales team for home loans and LAP.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to stimulate sales growth.- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.- Train and develop sales staff to ensure high performance and productivity.- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.- Participate in industry events and networking to promote the brand and generate leads.Are you interested ?Contact : 9316105637/7041567785 (ref:updazz.com)
