Job Description
We are hiring for reputed Loan company Roles and Responsibilities : - Ability to drive "sales targets" of multiple loan products - PL, BL, HL, LAP etc.- Driving business through aggregators like CA\'s, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc.- Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.- Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.-Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time. - Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activitiesKey Skills: -- Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience in loans or CASA- Candidate should have excellent communication skills. - Good presentation skills. - Have strong leadership skills. - The candidate with experience in the loan industry- Knowledge of local language.- Knowledge of local bankersCompensation - Up to 4LPAQualification: - Any Graduates in any streamContact : 7862087265 (ref:updazz.com)
