Responsibilities :- Create and implement direct sales strategies for insurance products to drive business growth.- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to generate interest and build relationships.- Identify and generate new leads, building a robust client database through various marketing initiatives.- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.- Work with teams to design and launch effective sales campaigns that resonate with target audiences.- Review and analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and enhance overall performance.- Guide and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring high performance and accountability.Qualification :- Bachelor\'s degree required.- Minimum 1 year in sales or marketing within the BFSI sector, with a focus on Life Insurance.- Must have been a resident of the area for at least 3 to 5 years.
