# Commercial invoice / Shipping bill creation in SAP for SEZ supplies
# Statutory compliance related to DE/ SEZ supplies.
# Maintain MIS related to DE/SEZ
# Coordinate with DCA and SSC-AR team for Customer Grouping / De grouping
# Regularly monitor old stocks and follow up for orders
# To generate Sales Reports
# Monitoring Sales by each TO on a daily/ weekly / monthly basis as per plan and keeping them informed of the same.
# Facilitating communications of TO#s to follow-up /inform their customers on status of their MOU#sPending orders
Job accountabilities:
• Bills processing through YEXP, FO, WO, PR, and ARC systems, Ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, Compliance with organizational policies, and Efficient workflow management.
• Handling vendor code creation, DOA creation (Delegation of Authority), credit proposal creation, domestic price proposals, and e-payment processes in the SCM portal, ensuring efficient and accurate supply chain management.
• All administrative and corporate services activities at the Ludhiana Regional Office, including project coordination, operational efficiency, data management, system security, and user support, ensuring compliance and fostering innovation.
• Managing the preparation and analysis of MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accurate data collection, timely reporting, and informed decision-making to support organizational goals.
• Backup of supply chain for all products, including PTY, FDY, PSF, and PFF, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and reliability in product availability and distribution.
Education Requirement :

• B. E. / B. Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Textile / Mechanical engineering / B. Com + Formal SCM Education
