Job Description

? To oversee all packing & dispatch related activities.

? To carry out day to day activities related packing dispatch activities.

? To prepare finished goods report.

? To prepare packing slip/gate pass .

? To get the all finished goods packed properly.

? To maintain the finished goods/scrap/seconds stock accurately.

? To guide the contract helpers for doing day to day activities of packing fast and properly.

? To carry out exercise to maintain physical stock with system.

? To prepare material rejection report.

? To segregate Seconds stock separately.

? To coordinate with marketing dept. to regularize dispatch

? To prepare advice as per the demand generated from the marketing department and to load the truck as per the advice of the customer.

? To maintained Zero numbers of Accident within plant premises.

? To review periodic HSE performance of site.

? To stop working in unsafe area/ unsafe condition.

Authority:

? Officers of packing and despatch is authorize to take appropriate actions in meeting his responsibilities.

? To clear the truck as per the arrangement of marketing.

? To take care of the material under their area to arrange systematically.

? To plan the packing schedule as per the priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?22,000.00 per month
