Key responsibility

Responsible for PR to Pay process.
Slow Moving , Non moving Inventory controls for different Products.
Distribution of the Inventory between the warehouse.
On Shelf availability for stocking material more than 90%+
ON time delivery from the Vendor more than 90%
75% time will be used for the Inventory management & 25% for the Procurement processes.
Manage Operational procurement for spare parts related to Service business needs for India & Middle East

Manage the Procurement related to Internal , External supplier , Import parts.

Key products - Engineering products , commercial items , complex items , assy , Fabrication , Machining , Forging , Casting.
Negotiation for the delivery with the Vendors in the complex situation.
Collaboration with the Internal Sales team , Service team , BL , Sourcing team & provide solution in difficult situation
Leading & managing the team of large group based global locations as well.
Escalation management for breakdown , express Orders
Ability to handle Multiple projects at one time.
