Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery. \xc2\xb7 Maintain organized records of all export transactions, including shipping documents, permits, and licenses. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production teams for export activities \xc2\xb7 Manage export documentation workflow, ensuring proper approvals and signatures are obtained \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with export regulations, trade laws, and international trade agreements. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular audits with export documentation and reporting standards. \xc2\xb7 Customer handling if required \xc2\xb7 Provide support to management for smooth export functioning.
