Hiring for Officer Legal (DMART)
Job Purpose:
To handle all legal matters for the organization related to Real Estate,Land Acquisition
• Apply structured problem solving skills in either roles (litigation team / Non litigation team) to create value for the organization.
• Lead initiatives to put in place best in class systems and processes in order to improve team performance
• Drafting and Vetting of documents such as Leave and License .
Special Requirements :
• Should have excellent Commercial drafting skills - MUST
• Should have sound knowledge of Property Laws of State of Maharashtra.
Educational Qualification : LLB
Experience : 0 to 1 Year
Salary Range : 3,00,000 to 4,00,000
Location : Thane
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
