Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with Trademark Attorneys or Law Firms on various Trademark related matters.
Manage contracts end-to-end by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and business agreements such as Lease Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements, etc.
To coordinate and work with external lawyers for procuring opinions, follow up for hearings, documents, court orders, judgments, for all matters , including disposed matters and existing matters.
Filing, arranging and preparing an index of all documents, contracts, case studies and case records.
Required to work on cheque bounce cases, cheating cases and labour matters and attending court hearings and to review all other cases and provide updates to Supervisors and HRD.
To assist Supervisor/s in all matters, and to provide support to other departments of the organization.

Should be willing to travel locally and out-station, for all official purposes, including attending court hearings, meetings, etc.

Should be proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Power Point and Outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style.
Ability to work efficiently and proactively on multiple projects while maintaining a commitment to quality.
Strong evidence of a commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
