Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program to ensure our organization's adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs

- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues

- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization

- Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with regulations and laws

- Investigate and report compliance incidents

- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies

- Provide guidance and advice on compliance matters to employees

- Ensure timely filing of required reports and documents

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compliance

Knowledge of Civil Law , Compliances , Labour Law

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, (LLB. LLM ), or related field

- 10+ years of experience in compliance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the industry

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CCO) preferred

Nice to Have:

- Experience with compliance software and systems

- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations

- Knowledge of internal audit procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
