Job Description
Candidate from pharmaceutical background with experience of 3 to 5 years Operation knowledge of utility equipment i.e. Air compressor, Nitrogen plant, brine and chilled water compressor, cooling tower and water system Operation and recording of utility equipment. Reporting of daily activities to superior. Planning and execution of preventive maintenance activity as per schedule. Preparation and execution of qualification with documentation To ensure efficient Operation & maintenance of utility equipment. To initiate and execute energy conservation activities To identify and maintain critical spares inventory. Issuance of material and to raise purchase requisition of Engineering material/service in ERP. Knowledge of QMS system (Deviation, Change control, Qualification) and safe working practices To monitor site contractors, their safe working and housekeeping by them. To verify the bills of contractors with joint measurement. Good communication and interpersonal skill
