- Retention Management, Performance Appraisal, Compensation and Rewards, Motivation and Engagement, Talent Development, career & succession planning, mentoring & coaching
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals, evaluate training programs.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Consult with leadership team and provide daily HR guidance
- Should analyze trends and metrics
- Resolve complex employee relation issues and address grievances
- Work closely with segment leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance and suggest new HR strategies
- Postgraduate or graduate degree in HR or related field
- 1 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working as a HRBP in a BPM/BPO Organization
- Excellent stakeholder management, good influencing skills
- Good Analytical skills; must have experience with HR metrics
- Good knowledge in statutory related matters
- Good communication skills- verbal and written
- Willing to work in Shifts (UK and Night Shifts)
