: Ensure recruitment and selection: Identify staff requirement, short listing Resumes, HR interviews, wage fixation, joining process, orientation, nominations for training outside. Organization gap assessment and ensure appropriate filling of positions in the organization. Ensure periodical appraisals of employees, annual increment, and promotions as per Company\'s policies. Exit procedures/formalities to be developed and implemented - resignation, retirement, and terminations. Assistance in Management of attendance record, leave record, leave encashment of employees. Compliance of various Apprenticeship Act, Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act and assisting in Compliance of other Labour Laws and legal cases. Supervision of personal files of all Employees. Conduct employee counselling as and when required and ensure their feedback is being properly addressed to management. Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training Coordination with managerial staff and H.O. Ensuring proper implementation of wage settlements. Supervision of telecommunication, Stationery distribution. Drafting correspondence, notices, Press-note, & issuing experience certificates, salary certificates to employees. Design and implement staff communications in order to ensure ongoing, positive up and down communications throughout the organization. Ensure safety, 5S and tidiness within Plant premises. Create and implement IMS awareness policies. Ensure safety training and/or presentation for operators and guests. Profile: Bachelors or masters with specialization in HR Generalist field Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ownership and accountability for problem solving during the time of need Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
