Role & responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management:
a) Recruitment and selection of staff.
b) Employee on boarding, training, and development.
c) Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
d) Overseeing payroll processing and attendance management.
e) Implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
f) Conducting performance appraisals and managing performance improvement plans.
2. Administrative Functions:
a) Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
b) Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for procurement and inventory management.
c) Handling facility management, including maintenance and security.
d) Overseeing transportation and logistics for the unit.
3. MIS (Management Information System) Work:
a) Collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to HR and administrative functions.
b) Preparing and presenting regular MIS reports to the management.
c) Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data entry and recordkeeping.
d) Utilizing MIS tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.
4. Compliance and Legal:
a) Managing documentation and records related to statutory compliance.
b) Handling audits and inspections from regulatory authorities.
5. Employee Engagement and Welfare:
a) Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
b) Promoting health and safety initiatives within the workplace.
c) Implementing employee welfare programs and initiatives.
6. Coordination and Communication:
a) Acting as a liaison between management and employees.
b) Facilitating effective communication within the unit.
c) Coordinating with different departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Preferred candidate profile

d) Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
e) 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
f) Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MIS tools.
g) Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
h) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
i) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
j) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
