Leading Food processing company requires Customer Relationship officer- Mumbai/ Raipur- One of our client a leading manufacturing and food processing company which manufacture plant-based specialty oils and fats, which are healthier, more sustainable and last longer than traditional oils and fats. Our commitment to contributing towards a healthier and sustainable way of life shapes our quality processes and standards.- We are looking out for Customer relationship officer for our client offices in Mumbai and Raipur locationsPFB the JD and details1) Client - Leading food processing company2) Role- Customer relationship officer3) Location- Mumbai/Raipur4) Experience- 3- 8 years in any customer service/CRM/Similar role 5) Salary- 5-8lpa Their will be paid training in Raipur for almost 6 months , boarding (food and accommodation) will be provided.Key Responsbilities :- Responsible for achieving Sales target on bringing new customers on board & maximizing the revenue of Sales.- Responsible for updating the Sales Calls/Sales Lead in Sales Module- Maintain Inquiry log on day-to-day basis with proper & accurate feedback.- Maintain good business relationship with our valuable Customers, Sales persons, other departments.- Need to prepare Know Your Customer (KYC) documents for the region allotted.- Need to prepare the market report- Post Shipping & pre-shipping (KYC) documents approval from the Sales Manager for smooth transition of the business.- Handling all Customer service-related responsibilities & escalation to Sales Manager/HOD\'s/BM- Development of Marketing Materials/Sales Presentations to support sales and customers- Collaborate with cross functional teams to help Sales deliver customer requests- Responsible for preparing new prospective customer list and making cold calling accordingly.- Required to submit Daily MIS report to the CRM Sales.- Organize video conference calls as needed by the sales team- Responsible to prepare minutes of meeting of each sales meeting- Responsible for preparing exhibition list and related work.- Any other work given by the Management from time to time.Educational Qualifications and Certification Required :- Any graduate from any stream.
