Skills Preferred:
• Candidate should have Prior experience in Customer support function (inbound)
• Candidate should have efficient execution and coordination skills, should be a task master
• Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate should be conversant with MS office (Excel formulas)
• Candidate should be open to work in late Shifts and will be required to visit Primary site for understanding Operations.
• Graduate/Postgraduate from any filed, with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in customer care function.
• Experience in the capital markets/Depositories/ Depository participants/RTAs or related field will have added advantage
:
• Effectively handling inbound and outbound calls, Responding to customer queries through various channel communication such as emails, live chat, social media. To perform all these activities / processes in time bound manner
• To co-ordinate with teams at primary site to understand the Operational aspects and processes relating to Customer Care
• Informing Customers about updates, policies from time to time as per communique been shared
• Analyse and report Customer data to device new strategies or update the existing ones.
• Foster healthy relationship with DPs/RTA & CH's and should be emphatic.
• Ensure Customer has positive experience with CDSL
• Assisting Dp/RTA to address technical queries related to CDAS application and Online application. any other support been shared by primary site team
