What is the roles objective?Handling Front office and all client response activities at Mumbai /Andheri Branch:
Attending to investor\'s /distributor\'s, accepting & time stamping of transactions post necessary scrutiny.
Handling Queries/complaints received from Investors & distributors -through calls, walk ins or emails.
Ensuring timely banking of cheques and reporting of large value transactions.
He/ She should coordinate with CAMS registrars, Back office, sales, team & any other department for effective customer delivery.
He /She should have good presentation skills to do presentations to a larger audience.
Maintain MIS and other month end reports accurately.
Ensure ethical customer service practices as per the laid guidelines and maintain high customer service standards.
What skills do you need to possess?
Good communication skills.
Sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry & AMFI certified.
Zeal to serve the customers with best of the abilities.
Good at multi-tasking & able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work well within and across teams.
What is the prior experience expected?2-3 years. Preferably from Mutual Fund Background.What qualification you should have?Graduate, Postgraduate, MBA or equivalent
