As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive analysis of business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements. Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services. In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and provide meaningful insights. Proven track record of successfully delivering business solutions and driving process improvements in a banking or financial services environment. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, use case development, data analysis and requirements documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project plan). Programming experience in R or Python is a plus.
