Office Infrastructure Coordination/ General Administration

• To monitor all the Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Maintain inventory of general office supplies and equipment
• Maintain the overhead expenses eg. Telephone bills, electricity bills, newspaper bill, tea and refreshments, printouts, any other regular purchases, etc.
• Ensure proper function of equipment, schedule and supervise needed repair.
• Co-ordinate with Office Assistants in preparing program supplies, opening and closing the office.
• Responsible for relationship with Landlord, Electricity, water, society, Internet provider, IT maintenance
• To monitor and maintain all IT equipment's (PCs, Laptops, Printers etc.) for software and hardware o To monitor data backups for all the computers
• Responsible for maintaining relationship with Contractors - carpenter, electricians, other Vendors, etc.
• Ensure cleanliness of office.
• Administrative office work including housekeeping supervision, etc.
• To arrange and co-ordinate for accommodation for guests & book vehicles
• Monitoring and understanding the expenditure and cost control measures based on the same.

Procurement To maintain stock Inventory

• To collate the data of material based on donor wise and children reach out for the current financial year & forward the same to HO to receive goods
• To count & produce GRN of the same & as per actuals
• To maintain inward outward register
• To provide all administrative and procurement support during events
• To keep an account and follow up on the request received from the teams regarding Material
• To cross verify the stock on monthly basis.
• To maintain the Assets register and ensure all the Assets are coded properly
• Maintain vendor database
• To present a monthly report on every 10th as per format Office rentals and maintenance of premises
• Setting up of offices, coordinating and negotiation on rental
• Maintaining relations with landlords and renewal of rental agreements
• Upkeep and maintenance of office building and premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
