We are in a search of a Office Administrator cum Accountant for our firm. Responsibilities for the same include:
• Invoice and waybill creation
• Maintain Inventory and cash books
• Handling office expenses and maintaining petty cash
• Expertise in Tally billing software (Min experience 2 years)
• Maintain customers and supplier ledgers
• Assistance in GST and other tax filing
• Preparing and sending quotations and Purchase orders
• Follow up with customers regarding payments
Technical Skills: MS-office, Tally Prime
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills
• Should be a quick learner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
