Job Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated and physically fit Office Warden to join our team in Calicut . The ideal candidate should be a male with strong physical fitness, responsible, and reliable. This full-time role will require managing the office premises, ensuring the safety and orderliness of the environment, and assisting with general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the safety and security of the office premises during working hours.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and free from any hazards.
• Assist in handling office deliveries , ensuring proper receipt and storage of items.
• Monitor attendance and movement of employees in the office, ensuring proper conduct.
• Handle basic office maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, reporting issues).
• Assist with office emergency procedures , including fire drills, evacuations, and first aid if needed.
• Ensure visitor management , including registration and directing visitors to the appropriate office areas.
• Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the management team.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as distributing post , maintaining office supplies, and organizing meeting rooms.
• Ensure compliance with office rules and health and safety standards .

Key Requirements :

• Physically fit male candidate, 30 years or older .
• Previous experience in a warden , security , or maintenance role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and operations.
• Ability to manage office supplies , deliveries, and visitor coordination.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle basic first aid and emergency response situations.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Local candidates preferred for better familiarity with the area.
