Who You\'ll Work With You will be part of the Gurgaon consulting office as part of the Office Services team,which is responsible for providing facilities and administration support on a 24/7 basis. You will work with the Manager of Administration and other office services teams based out of different locations. You will have a broad range of stakeholders including the local leadership, finance & procurement teams, security, technical coordinators, supervisors, building services teams and other relevant vendors.What You\'ll Do In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep of office premises, electro-mechanical services, repair & maintenance, renovation & infra projects, building services operations, security and safety, managing compliances (statutory and labor), facility management that includes complete office operations, purchase, and procurements, etc. You will manage the office electro-mechanical, repair and maintenance operations - supervise the teams, supplies, vendors, and contractors and bring innovative, cost-effective solutions, focusing on quality. You will maintainphysical and electronic security operations (man guarding, CCTV, access controls, fire, and safety, etc.) and supervise the base building service operations (HVAC, chiller, dg, transformers, servers, store, etc.). You\'ll manage statutory and labor compliances along with relevant internal stakeholders and the department manager, with support from the empaneled service partner. You will create site SOP\'s and bring in efficiency through digitalization. You\'ll coordinate with office procurement, identify vendors and suppliers, spearhead the negotiations, process purchase orders and ensure timely renewal of contracts in line with guidelines You will provide timely verification and submission of bills with our Finance department. You will also conduct monthly vendor and operations reviews and create monthly MIS on site operations.Qualifications University degree 5+ years of prior experience in a core facilities & administration role A strong team player Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and processes at the same time, and prioritize efficiently Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) Comfortable with basic data analysis Ability to maintain a high-level standard of service Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
