Job Description

•Duty timing 9:00 am to 6:00 pm •

The office secretary is responsible for managing various administrative tasks to support the office's efficiency and productivity. This role involves a combination of clerical duties, communication, and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. •Administrative Support:•

• - Answering and directing phone calls.
• - Greeting visitors and clients.
• - Managing correspondence (emails, letters, social media).

2. Scheduling and Coordination:

• Maintaining calendars for executives or teams.
• Organizing meetings and appointments.

3.Document Management:

• Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintaining filing systems (both electronic and paper).
• Ensuring documentation complies with office policies.



4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

• Inputting and updating data in databases or spreadsheets.
• Assisting with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assisting in project management and workflow coordination.

Required Skills

• Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Time Management: Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma in Electronic and communication or BBA.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
