Job Description

A General Manager's Secretary, often referred to as an Executive Secretary, plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Here are some key responsibilities:

1. •Managing the General Manager's Schedule•: Booking meetings and appointments

2. •Handling Correspondence•: Managing emails, letters, and memos on behalf of the General Manager.

3- Organizing Files and Documents•: Maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.

4- Taking Meeting Minutes

Recording and distributing minutes from meetings.

5- Coordinating with Departments and global branches

: Acting as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments.

7. Handling Internal and External Communication : Representing the General Manager in communications with clients, suppliers, and other branches.

8. •Preparing Reports and Documents•: Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

9. •Maintaining Office Supplies•: Ensuring that the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.

10. •Confidentiality•: Handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring its security.

This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office.

Pay: ?11,181.68 - ?32,662.21 per month
