Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to address customer inquiries and process sales orders.
• Provide detailed information about products and services over the phone.
• Manage and maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and manage any complaints or service issues.
• Update and maintain client databases using computer software.
Requirements:
• Female candidate preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, Tele calling, or customer service.
• Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, data entry, e-mail management).
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
