  • Answer and forward phone calls.
  • Manage office supplies and order as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and meeting room bookings.
  • Address staff inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Assist in planning company events and meetings.
  • Maintain visitor records and other relevant data.
  • Manage filing systems.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
