Job Title: Office & Project Coordinator (Full-Time)
We're looking for a highly motivated & Organised Project Coordinator to join our team! You'll play a vital role in supporting our Project Managers by ensuring smooth project execution and excellent client communication.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
o Maintain a record on query these processing
o Gather and document client information, maintaining clear records.
Project Management Support:
o Track project progress and maintain deadlines using spreadsheets or project management tools.
o Assist Project Managers in creating reports on project status for clients.
o Prepare and send regular email updates to clients informing them about the progress of their work.
Data Management:
o Assist with maintaining and updating client data in our database system.
o Daily Log Sheet
o Production Data
o Monthly Reports
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a project office management support role or a related field.
• Good communication (Preferably English, Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools a plus.
• Note:
The compensation for this role is negotiable and can be tailored to align with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

Pay: ?9,915.62 - ?27,301.57 per month
