• Serving : Providing tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors
• Supporting : Assisting with office tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms, running errands, and helping with basic administration
• Maintaining : Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items
• Coordinating : Helping to coordinate office events and functions
• Reporting : Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Greeting : Greeting clients and visitors
• Organizing : Helping to organize and maintain office common areas
• Maintaining equipment : Maintaining office equipment as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness : Maintaining cleanliness of the meeting and pantry area
• Maintaining crockery : Maintaining crockery, cutlery, and glassware of the pantry
