The ideal candidate should possess a helpful demeanor as the office manager\'s role is crucial in stakeholder and vendor management, alongside ensuring the overall upkeep of the office.YOUR EMPLOYER:A leading global firm specializing in executive and director search.RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Prioritizing incoming calls based on their sensitivity, ensuring each caller feels valued and their needs are addressed promptly and appropriately.
  • Overseeing the smooth operation of conference rooms, visitor reception, and client movements, maintaining a professional environment conducive to business activities.
  • Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and inviting through diligent management of housekeeping, indoor plants, and coordination with maintenance staff for fire safety, security, and CCTV surveillance.
  • Streamlining administrative tasks such as courier management, vendor relations, invoice scrutiny, and maintaining records for various office expenses, subscriptions, and transportation arrangements.
  • Supporting consultants, assistants, and admins with tasks like import docs, office events, and visitor lunches for a positive workplace culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate should have minimum of 5-8 years of experience in office and facility management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in hospitality and aviation.
  • Candidate should exhibit strong communication, composure under pressure, effective task organization, dependability, responsiveness, collaboration, ownership, and willingness to assist others.
