Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and packages.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
