  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and packages.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
  • The work will be in the UAE (DUBAI).
