Job Description


  • Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings including travel plans for department head/ functional head.
  • G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Organize the office layout, manage stationery and other resource management
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees, Intern and Implant trainees by providing them with orientation materials
  • Act as a single point of contact to address employee queries regarding the office management
  • Responsible for contract agreement management including renewal, invoice processing etc;
  • Report on monthly basis about agency contract / service contract
  • Act as a single point of contact to facilitate office visits
  • Assist in the travel plan / ticket booking and reimbursement process for department head/functional head
  • Responsible to collaborate with IT dept on all IT asset requirements / systems / tools
  • Responsible to support and steer employee Involvement initiatives in respective functions
