Role & responsibilities

Roles of Office Manager :

•Administrative Oversight:•

Manage basic day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks related to banking and invoicing

Organize and maintain office systems and supplies

Filling out basic forms and documention for tendering processes

•Communication Handling:•

Serve as a point of contact for the office.

•Operational Efficiency:•

Ensure smooth office operations.

Identify and implement process improvements.

•Human Resources Assistance:•

Support HR functions, such as onboarding, leaves.

Maintain employee records and documentation.

•Problem Resolution:•

Address day-to-day challenges and find solutions.

Act as a point of contact for issue resolution

•Preferred candidate profile•

Must have experience of basic accounting, office management and HR documentation and support.

Interacting with clients, other employees, partners interpreting their needs and requirements.

Required skillset in MS Office Suite importantly MS Excel.
