• Reception : Answering and screening calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, and helping them find their way around the office
• Mail : Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing it to the correct departments
• Supplies : Maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering more when needed, and ensuring the office is tidy
• Equipment : Maintaining office equipment, such as photocopiers, fax machines, and alarms
• Filing : Filing, photocopying, and binding company documents
• Scheduling : Booking meeting rooms and organizing refreshments
• Databases : Updating contact lists and company databases
• Reports : Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Bookkeeping : Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
• Health and safety : Assisting the office manager with regular health and safety checks
• Secretarial duties : Running personal errands and booking lunches
