Requirement: Administrative Support: Answering and directing phone calls.

Managing emails, responding to queries, and ensuring timely communication.

Office Management: Managing office supplies, placing orders, and ensuring inventory is well-stocked.

• Organizing and maintaining office files, both physical and digital.
• Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
• Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Facilitating internal communication across teams and departments.
• Handling client and visitor inquiries, and providing them with relevant information.
• Maintaining and updating company records and databases.
• Ensuring proper documentation and filing systems are in place.
• Preparing and submitting reports as required by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
