Job Summary
Solar Roofs is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Executive to join our team. This role involves managing daily office operations, supporting team members, and maintaining an organized, efficient workspace. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations, Filing, Data Handling, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Handle incoming calls, Outbound Cold Calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedule management for team members.
• Prepare and process invoices, handle billing inquiries, and manage office expenses.
• Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases.
• Assist in HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Oversee inventory and order office supplies as needed.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and general office duties as required.
• Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Skills Required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience : At least 0-1 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
