• Screening bills, Preparing vouchers & process vendor payments
• Preparing Invoices, follow-up with clients for receivables
• Maintain petty cash
• Prepare monthly budget & MIS to share with directors
• Process monthly salaries
• Process all Vendor Payments
• Assist in annual audit
• Maintain all financial records
HR Related
• Assist in all internal recruitment
• Onboarding new employees
• Maintain attendance & leave records, employee personal files
• Conduct regular employee engagement activities in office
• Handle Social Media for firm & associated NGO
Admin. Related
• Execute all activities for the smooth functioning of the day to day operations at Office.
• Supervise Housekeeping - Plan for & conduct regular inspection for all Office areas for maintenance requirements, repairs or refurbishing, ensuring that these are actioned without delay
• Planning Courier: Incoming and outgoing
• Coordinate Reports printing for Projects
• Ensure that enquiries, messages for company supported NGO are dealt with courteously and efficiently.
• Handling stationary/ visiting cards requirements All admin activities like access cards, ID cards, meeting room booking, Vendor management, Travel arrangements (Hotel and Air ticket bookings), Admin expenses and arranging required accessories

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
