: Office Executive
• Provide administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing orders.
• Greet visitors and ensure a professional reception area.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
• Ensure office operations run smoothly by coordinating with IT, facilities, and other departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with office management software is advantageous
