As an Office Executive at LandKhoj, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless management of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the real estate industry and possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. You will play a key role in supporting the real estate team, assisting with administrative tasks, handling client inquiries, and maintaining office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office activities, including answering calls, emails, and inquiries from clients.
• Assist in managing property listings, including updating, verifying, and coordinating with the sales team.
• Handle documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Support the team with scheduling meetings, client appointments, and site visits.
• Coordinate with legal teams, contractors, and vendors involved in property transactions.
• Maintain and organize files, both digital and physical, related to property transactions and client communications.
• Provide customer support by addressing queries related to properties, transactions, and other real estate matters.
• Ensure the smooth flow of communication within the office and with clients, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
• Support with marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates and advertisements.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is stocked and organized.
• Handle any other administrative duties as required by the real estate team.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a real estate office or a related administrative role within the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
• Strong understanding of real estate processes, property listings, and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM tools is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Other Requirements:
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and possess a positive attitude.
