•Job responsibilities :•
• •Receive and enter customer orders into the system•
• •Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment•
• •Provide customer service and support throughout the order process•
• •Track and report on order status to customers and management•
• •Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to fulfill orders•
• •Resolve any issues or problems that arise with orders•
• •Maintaining accurate record of customer orders and shipping details•
• •Communicating with vendors for product procurement and order processing.•
• •Ensure timely delivery to clients•
• •Follow up for payments•
