Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative assistance to senior executives and team members.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
• Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Office Management:
• Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Maintain and organize office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
• Ensure office equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or servicing as necessary.
• Communication:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Facilitate effective communication between departments and staff members.
• Event Coordination:
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Project Assistance:
• Support project teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
