Job Responsibilities:
Perform all office-based administrative tasks.
Handle all computer-related tasks, including data entry and document management.
Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, medical technicians, and other medical candidates) for recruitment in Gulf countries.
Assist students and parents with information on MBBS study programs abroad.
Explain job opportunities, eligibility criteria, and benefits to candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain and update records of candidate interactions, applications, and follow-ups using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with recruiters by collecting necessary documents and scheduling interviews.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Organize and maintain data using Microsoft Excel & Word.
Requirements:
Gender:
Female candidates only.
Language Skills:
Fluency in Tamil and English (mandatory). Additional proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus.
Education:
Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
