Office Executives are essentially the managers of the office. They are responsible for creating the employee schedule, dealing with any employee complaints, and ensuring office employee work is up to standard.
Maintain daily sheet, stock report, daily transaction, staff attendance, customer inquiry, bill etc.
Using Microsoft office knowledge to type quotation, analysis, PO, Sales report.
Handling employee complaints and discipline issues through the use of interpersonal communication skills.
One of the back-office responsibilities for Office Executives includes managing the data the office requires to function.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Conduct marketing research, document and report to the marketing department.
Support staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
Correct discrepancies in customer account balances.
Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records.
Assist staff in maintaining the office premises clean and neat.
Preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings, events and appointments.
Microsoft office knowledge to type quotation, analysis, PO, Sales report.
