Customer Relations & Follow-Up Coordinator



Responsibilities

:

Handle client queries (India Mart, calls, emails). Follow up on payment collections. Resolve customer grievances. Update clients on order status (sampling, dispatch). Maintain records of orders and payments.

Skills Needed

:

Excellent communication (English + regional language). Patience and empathy for resolving complaints. Basic Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
