• Managing the Management Director's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Preparing and organizing materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters), often prioritizing and responding on behalf of the director.
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Screening phone calls and emails to filter important messages and requests.
• Organizing and managing meetings, conferences, and events for the director.
• Coordinating logistics for travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Handling minor tasks independently and ensuring the management director's priorities are met.
• Managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Dealing with confidential files, legal documents, or other confidential business matters.
• Anticipating the needs of the Management Director and solving problems proactively.
• Managing day-to-day operational issues or challenges that may arise, and finding solutions quickly.
