Role Overview:
The Office Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office resources, and providing support to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Office Operations : Maintain office supplies, manage equipment, oversee office upkeep.
• Administrative Support : Schedule meetings, manage files, handle communications.
• Visitor Relations : Greet visitors, arrange meeting spaces, and support client-facing activities.
• Event Coordination : Plan office events and assist in logistics.
Requirements :
• Experience : 2+ years in office/admin roles.
• Skills : Organizational, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office.
• Education : High school diploma (associate degree or higher preferred).
• Other : Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions :
• Office-based, standard hours.
• Occasional overtime or travel as needed.
