Job Description

We're looking for an Office Administrator cum Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office by providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, managing daily operations and housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or staff members.
• Assist with filing, record keeping, and document management to ensure office efficiency and organization.
• Maintain calendars, schedules, and ensure that deadlines are met for key deliverables.

Office Operations and coordination :

• Monitor the office environment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Oversee general office procedures such as mail handling, filing, and office logistics.
• Manage the team of housekeeping, assign them the tasks and ensure cleanliness in the premises.
• Act as a point of contact between the office staff, clients, and external vendors or service providers.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees, providing orientation, and ensuring office space and equipment is ready.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients entering the office, offering assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• To do different outdoor tasks related to the office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an office coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in general computer operations and google work space, including Gmail, drive, calendar etc.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Preferring a Male candidate.

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Location: Sultanwind Road, Amritsar.
