Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments with trainers and clients Handle train & hotel bookings for trainers Give initial pitch to new client inquiries Update trainer sales records regularly Manage client and trainer complaints end-to-end Research and compile a list of potential leads via Google & Instagram Maintain professional telephone etiquette and client communication Send presentations and proposals to clients Organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines Take client feedback and ensure service improvement
Requirements:

Fluency in English (spoken & written) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional demeanor with excellent telephone etiquette Experience in handling client concerns Ability to research and identify new leads online Proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
