Managing office calendars and scheduling meetings Ordering and maintaining office supplies Answering phone calls and directing inquiries Greeting visitors and managing office reception Maintaining filing systems and records Coordinating office events and activities Managing basic administrative tasks like copying and mailing Managing executive's calendar and schedule Handling complex email correspondence and communication Arranging travel and accommodations Preparing presentations and reports Managing confidential information Proactively anticipating executive needs
